Cranberry granola
Ingredients
For the granola
- 200g mixed nuts, such as brazils, hazelnuts, walnuts
- 400g jumbo oats
- 100g seeds, such as pumpkin, sunflower, chia
- 100g dried cranberries
- 50g flaked almonds
- 50g coconut flakes
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp golden syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted

Preheat the oven to 160°C/gas mark 3.

In a large bowl, combine the mixed nuts, oats, seeds, cranberries, almonds and coconut flakes.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, golden syrup and melted coconut oil.

Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and mix well to ensure everything is coated.

Spread the mixture evenly over a large baking tray.

Bake for 30-35 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and crunchy.
