Cheesy Croissants
Ingredients
- 1/2 small ripe avocado
- 1/3 cup Bulla Cottage Cheese
- 2 tsp chives, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated tasty cheese
- 4 croissants
- 6 grape tomatoes, halved
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180C or 160C fan-forced. Place croissants on a tray and warm for 5 mins. Cut in half and spread 2 of the bases with avocado. Top each with combined cottage cheese and chives, put lids back on.

Top remaining 2 croissants with grated cheese and tomatoes and put lids back on. Serve immediately.
