Cheeseburger Sliders Recipe

Ingredients
For the sliders
- 12 Hawaiian rolls, split in half horizontally
- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 slices cheddar cheese
- 6 dill pickle slices
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion (optional)
- Butter, for brushing
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat.

Stir in onion powder, garlic powder, and chopped onion (if using). Cook for 2-3 minutes more. Remove from heat.

In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and mustard. Set aside.

Place the bottom halves of the Hawaiian rolls in the prepared baking dish.

Divide the cooked beef mixture evenly among the roll bottoms.

Top each with a slice of cheese and a pickle slice.

Place the top halves of the rolls over the fillings.

Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.

Remove foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, until the tops are golden and cheese is melted.
