Ingredients
- one 5.4 ounce wheel of Boursin cheese
- 1/2 cup roasted salted shelled pistachios, chopped or crushed
- 3–4 tablespoons hot honey
- crackers or apple slices for dipping

Let the Boursin come to room temperature for 15 minutes.

Grab a pretty plate or platter – even just a nice dinner plate will work. Use the back of a spoon to press the Boursin onto the plate in an even layer.

Top with the pistachios. Drizzle with hot honey.

Serve with crackers or apple slices. I like to throw a small spoon on the plate to make it easier to spread the dip on the crackers. It's so good!
