Bacon Wrapped Asparagus Recipe

Ingredients
- 12 medium-thick size spears asparagus (thin spears don’t work here)
- 6 slices thin-sliced pepper-bacon (halved)
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
Instructions
- 1
Preheat oven to 400°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with foil. Spray both sides of a wire, cooking rack with nonstick spray and place the rack over the baking sheet.

Trim the tough ends off the asparagus spears, cutting so the spears are the same length. If the asparagus has tough outer skin, peel the spears starting halfway down and to the end. (Most asparagus doesn’t need to be peeled.)
