- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon salt or to taste
- ⅛ black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon salted butter
- lemon wedges and chopped parsley for serving
