Spaghetti Bolognaise

- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 brown onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 zucchini, finely chopped
- 1 carrot, peeled, finely chopped
- 400g extra lean beef mince
- 700ml bottle Bertolli Provvista Sugo Classica tomato pasta sauce
- 400g spaghetti
- Salt & freshly ground pepper

Heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan over a medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, zucchini and carrot. Cook, uncovered, for 8-10 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.

Increase heat to high and add the mince. Cook, stirring, for 2-3 minutes or until well browned. Add the pasta sauce and 1/4 cup (60ml) of water and bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat to low and simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti following packet instructions or until al dente. Drain.

Add the bolognaise sauce to the spaghetti and toss until well combined. Divide among serving bowls to serve.
