Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped cilantro, for garnish, optional
- 1 teaspoon coarsely chopped fresh thyme, for garnish, optional
