Satay Pork Melts
Ingredients
- 500g Coles pork sirloin steaks
- 250g Coles Brand Indonesian peanut satay marinade
- Spray olive oil
- 4 Coles Brand English muffins, split, toasted
- 100g spinach leaves
- 100g Coles Brand Australian tasty cheddar shredded
- 150g Coles Brand Entertainer salad mix
- 1 cucumber, sliced
Instructions

Place pork in a glass or ceramic dish. Pour over marinade. Marinate in fridge for at least 20 mins.

Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Spray with oil. Cook pork for 3-4 mins each side, depending on thickness, or until tender. Slice.

Preheat grill on high. Top muffins with spinach, pork and cheddar. Cook under grill for 1-2 mins or until golden. Serve with salad leaves and cucumber.
