Ingredients
- 15.5 ounces chickpeas (drained (1 can))
- ½ cup pumpkin puree (about ¼ can)
- ¼ cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Optional Toppings
- Pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
- Chopped fresh parsley
- Ground paprika
- Extra version olive oil
Instructions
