Pork chops with prosciutto, apple and Stilton
Ingredients
For the pork chops
- 4 pork chops, about 200g each
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 slices of prosciutto
- 1 apple, thinly sliced
- 50g Stilton cheese, crumbled
- 1 sprig of fresh rosemary, leaves picked
For the sauce
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over a medium-high heat.

Season the pork chops and fry for 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.

Top each pork chop with a slice of prosciutto, apple slices, crumbled Stilton and rosemary leaves.

Meanwhile, make the sauce by whisking together the balsamic vinegar, honey and Dijon mustard in a small bowl.

Drizzle the sauce over the pork chops and serve immediately.
