Ingredients
- 8 thick slices crusty bread
- 1/4 cup Branston pickles
- 80g mixed salad leaves
- 200g sliced leg ham
- 120g vintage cheddar, sliced
- 12 white pickled onions
Instructions

Place 4 bread slices on a flat surface. Spread one side of each slice with pickles. Arrange salad leaves, ham, cheddar and onion over pickles. Season with pepper.
