- 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 sticks (12 tablespoons) of unsalted butter, melted and cooled

- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg + 1 egg yolk, at room temperature
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 8 ounces high-quality milk chocolate, chopped into chunks
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- 1
Preheat oven to 325°F.

Mix the flour, cocoa, salt and baking soda in a bowl and set aside.
- 3
In another bowl, mix the cooled butter and sugars until they are combined.

Add the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla and stir until mixed.

10 min - 8
While cookies are cooling, melt peanut butter (in the microwave for about 30 seconds) and stir in coconut oil, until the oil is melted.
- 9
Drizzle peanut butter over cookies, and let set for 10-15 minutes.
12 min - 10
Eat!
