Peach Cobbler Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 1/2 cups whole or 2% milk
- 2 medium peaches
- Greek yogurt, optional
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together the oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Pit and dice one of the peaches and add it to the bowl. Stir in the milk until well combined.

Divide the oat mixture into three jars, seal each with a lid, and place the jars in the refrigerator to chill at least overnight or up to 4 days.

When ready to serve, pit and dice the remaining peach. Top each serving with a dollop of Greek yogurt, if desired, and the additional diced peaches.
