Ingredients
- 1 package classic hummus
- 1 package spicy hummus
- 1 package roasted garlic hummus
- 1 package roasted red pepper hummus
- 1/2 zucchini (sliced/coined)
- 1/2 eggplant (sliced/coined)
- 1 each peppers (Red, Yellow, Green, Sweet, sliced)
- 1/2 onion (sliced)
- 6-8 cherry tomatoes
- 1 jalapeno (seeded and sliced)
- 6-8 sugar snap peas
- 1 avocado (sliced into strips)
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 4-5 figs (cut in half)
- 2 radishes (sliced)
- 1/4 cup olives
- crackers or jams to your liking

Arrange all the hummus on the board first. I’m using homemade classic hummus, roasted red pepper hummus and store bought 1 package of spicy hummus and roasted garlic hummus each. You need 3-4 hummus variety, make your own or buy from store.

Slice your favorite veggies. Layer in the veggies as they'll fit.

Add some extras like jams/spreads/cheese/crackers. Add fig jam and tart cherry spread, fruits like blueberries, figs and crackers.
