Honey Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise, (best quality such as Hellmann's or Duke's)
- ⅓ cup Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Freshly ground black pepper, (to taste)

In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, honey, vinegar, and a few grinds of fresh black pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning, if necessary. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
