Chilli Almond Dukkah
Ingredients
- 160g (1 cup) blanched almonds
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 1/2 tsp sea salt flakes
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp ground coriander
- 2 tsp dried chilli flakes
- Extra virgin olive oil, to serve
- Turkish bread, to serve

Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper. Place the almonds on the tray. Bake for 6 minutes or until golden. Set aside to cool completely. Repeat with the sesame seeds on a separate tray.

Place the almonds in a food processor. Add the salt, cumin and coriander and process until finely chopped. Transfer to a bowl. Stir in the sesame seeds and chilli flakes. Serve the dukkah with oil and bread.
