Cashew Prawns Recipe | Marion's Kitchen
Ingredients
Base
- 1 x Marion's Kitchen Cashew Chicken Meal Kit, which includes:
- – STIR-FRY SAUCE
- – CASHEWS
- – BABY CORN
Other
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 400g peeled prawns
- 1 cup snow peas, trimmed
- 1 red capsicum, cut into strips
- Rice to serves
Instructions

Drain the baby corn from the meal kit and set it aside.

Heat a small frying pan over medium heat, toast the cashew nuts until golden. Set aside for later.

Heat a wok over high heat and add the vegetable oil. Toss in the capsicum, baby corn, and snow peas. Stir-fry for about 1 minute until just tender but still crisp.

Add the prawns to the wok and stir-fry until they turn pink and are cooked through.

Add the stir-fry Sauce from the meal kit and toss everything together until the prawns, vegetables are well coated.

Stir through the Cashew Nut Pack, then remove from heat.

Serve immediately over rice. Enjoy!
