Ingredients
Banana Cupcakes
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup softened butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 ripes bananas, mashed
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting
- 1 8-oz block of softened cream cheese
- 1 cup softened butter
- 1 lb powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons Trader Joe's Dutch Process Cocoa Powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cream butter and sugars together until fluffy.

Add vanilla and eggs, mixing until thoroughly combined.

Add mashed banana.

In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients.

Add half of dry ingredients to banana mixture and stir in buttermilk.
