Baguette Chips
Ingredients
- 1 long (about 40cm) baguette (French breadstick)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & freshly ground black pepper
- Baked ricotta, to serve (see notes)

Preheat oven to 180°C. Use a large serrated knife to thinly slice baguette diagonally into 3mm-thick slices. Place, in a single layer, on 2 baking trays. Drizzle with oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Bake in preheated oven, swapping trays halfway through cooking, for 5-7 minutes or until light brown and crisp. Set aside on the trays to cool. Serve with baked ricotta, if desired.
