Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin (Grilled or Baked)

- 1 pound pork tenderloin
- southwest seasoning or your favorite meat seasonings
- 8 slices bacon

Preheat oven or grill to 400° F. Line a baking sheet with foil

Season the pork with your favorite seasoning blend.

Wrap the pork tenderloin in bacon using toothpicks to secure.

Place pork on a foil-lined sheet and bake 18-20 minutes or until a meat thermometer reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.

Broil 2-3 minutes to crisp bacon.

Allow to rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing.

Place pork on a grill mat and cook 20-22 minutes rotating every 5 minutes or until a meat thermometer reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
