Asparagus and Pea Saute



Ingredients
- 1 bunch fresh asparagus, chopped
- 1 bag frozen peas
- 2 tbs. butter
- 1 shallot, minced
- 1 tbs. honey
Instructions

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium high heat. Add shallot to pan and saute for a minute or two, until soft and fragrant.

Add asparagus to the pan and cook, stirring every so often to keep from burning, until cooked through and slightly golden brown on the outside. Add peas and saute just a few minutes until cooked.

Stir in honey until well mixed.
