Air Fryer Triple Cheese Balls
Ingredients
- 80g (1 cup) grated cheddar cheese
- 70g (1 cup) grated parmesan cheese
- 85g (1/3 cup) cottage cheese
- 75g (1/2 cup) plain flour
- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 eggs, lightly whisked
- Olive oil spray
- Pasta sauce, warmed, to serve

Place cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, cottage cheese, flour, seasoning and egg in a large bowl. Using hands, mix until well combined. Roll 1 1/2 tablespoons of mixture into balls. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until mixture has firmed slightly.

Spray balls with oil (you may need to re-roll the balls slightly). Place the balls, 3cm apart, in the basket of an air fryer. Cook at 180C for 10-12 minutes or until golden and cooked through.

Serve balls with warmed pasta sauce.
