White Chocolate Bread Pudding

Ingredients
For the Bread Pudding
- 3 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 10 ounces white chocolate chips
- 7 large egg yolks
- 2 large whole eggs
- 1 (14-ounce) loaf day-old challah bread
For the Sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 8 ounces white chocolate chips

Bread Pudding - Gather the ingredients. Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Preheat the oven to 350 F.

Bread Pudding - To make the bread pudding, combine the heavy whipping cream, whole milk, and sugar in a medium heavy saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, stirring until the sugar dissolves.

Bread Pudding - Remove the pan from the heat. Add the white chocolate chips and whisk until melted and smooth.

Bread Pudding - In a large bowl, whisk the egg yolks and whole eggs.
