Ingredients
Sauce
- 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup grated cucumber (from about 1/2 medium cucumber)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Grate the cucumber on the large holes of a box grater.

Place the grated cucumber in a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth and squeeze out as much liquid as possible.

In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper.

Gently fold in the squeezed cucumber.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
