- ½ cup peanut butter
- ½ cup white sugar
- ½ cup packed brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- ¾ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease 2 baking sheets.

Beat together margarine, peanut butter, sugars, egg, and vanilla in a large bowl with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
