Pull-Apart Garlic Butter Bread Wreath

Ingredients
- 1 (1-pound) loaf frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt, plus more for sprinkling
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce, for serving (optional)
For Serving

- Marinara sauce
Optional Add-Ins
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
Equipment
- 9-inch round baking pan or cake pan
- Pastry brush
- Mixing bowl
- Spatula
- Sharp knife or pizza cutter

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch round baking pan or cake pan with butter or non-stick spray.

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the thawed puff pastry into a 12x12-inch square.

In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and 1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt.

Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over the entire surface of the puff pastry.

Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese evenly over the buttered pastry.

Cut the square into 16 equal squares (4 rows by 4 columns).

Stack the squares on top of each other, then cut the stack into 8 even strips (each strip will have 16 layers).

Twist each strip and arrange them in a circular wreath shape in the prepared baking pan, tucking the ends underneath to form a circle.

Brush the top of the wreath with the beaten egg (egg wash).

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed.
