Ingredients
- 3 tbsp plain flour
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp caster sugar
- 2 tbsp vegetable or sunflower oil
- 4 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp milk chocolate chips
- vanilla ice cream to serve (optional)

Combine all of the ingredients except the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe mug and mix well until smooth. Stir through the chocolate chips.

Microwave on high for 1 min-1 min 30 seconds until cooked through and a skewer inserted into the middle comes out clean. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top, if you like.
