Ingredients
- 500g carrot halved and cut into thin rounds
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- harissa paste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- handful chopped coriander plus extra

Place the carrots in a steamer set over a pan of boiling water and cook for 7-10 mins until just soft.
