Garlic White Wine Prawns
Ingredients
- 80ml (1/3 cup) fish stock
- 60ml (1/4 cup) dry white wine
- 3 large garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 18 medium green king prawns, peeled leaving tails intact, deveined
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh continental parsley
- Salt & freshly ground black pepper
- Crusty bread, to serve
Instructions

Combine the stock, wine and garlic in a medium saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium-low heat and cook, uncovered, for 2 minutes.

Increase heat to high and add the prawns. Cook, tossing, for 2-3 minutes or until the prawns change colour and are just cooked through. Remove from heat and add the parsley. Toss well, taste and season with salt and pepper.

Spoon into individual serving dishes and serve immediately with crusty bread.
