Air Fryer Crunchy Nut French Toast
Ingredients

- 120g (2 1/2 cups) Kelloggs Crunchy Nut Cornflakes, plus extra, to serve
- 4 eggs
- 80ml (1/3 cup) milk
- 1 tbsp caster sugar
- 8 slices white bread
- Honey, to drizzle
- Whipped cream or ice-cream, to serve

Line the base of the air fryer basket with baking paper. Place the Cornflakes on a plate and use clean hands to gently break up until coarsely crushed.

Whisk together the eggs, milk and sugar in a shallow dish until well combined. Place 2 slices of bread in the egg mixture and set aside for 1 minute to soak. Turn and soak for a further minute. One at a time, allow excess to drip back into bowl then press one side into the Cornflakes to coat. Place in the air fryer basket, Cornflakes-side up.

Cook at 180C for 4 minutes, then transfer to a serving plate. Repeat with remaining bread, egg mixture and Cornflakes.

Cut the french toast in half and drizzle with honey. Serve with whipped cream or ice-cream and sprinkle with extra Cornflakes.
